Thanks for sending your items back to us. Returns that arrive clean, well packed and with a note are the quickest for us to process, so you'll get your refund or exchange sooner. Here's what to do before you post your parcel.
1. Make sure your items are clean
Unwanted items need to be unused, in the condition you received them, so that we can sell them as new. Boots and clothing that have been worn outside can't be returned unless they're faulty.
If you're sending back a faulty item, please brush off any mud and dirt first. We can't inspect dirty items, and the manufacturer won't accept them for a warranty claim.
2. Pack it properly
- Put the items back in their original packaging, with any tags, accessories and paperwork.
- Then put the whole lot inside a mailing bag or outer box.
- Please don't stick the return label straight onto a boot box or product box. The box is part of the product, and it gets damaged in the post without protection.
3. Put a note in the parcel
A quick note saves a lot of back and forth. Please include:
- your name and order number
- why you're sending it back
- what you'd like us to do: refund, or exchange for a different size or colour (tell us which)
Without a note, we have to work out who the parcel is from and what you want, which slows things down.
4. Send it and keep your proof of postage
UK returns are free. Use the return label we send you, and keep your receipt or tracking number until you've had your refund. You can also bring an online order back to our Stirling or Perth shop.
Faulty item?
Please email us before you send anything back. Include photos of the fault and the label, plus your order number. We'll check whether it needs to come back and send you a free return label if it does.
You have 365 days to return unused, unwanted items. If you have any questions, just email us at info@bushwear.co.uk.
